Daldawala is a shop in Salumbar, and we deliver our own orders. Nothing is handed to a courier, so what follows is simply how and when we can reach you.
1. Where We Deliver
We deliver within Salumbar, Rajasthan – pincode 313027, and nowhere else at the moment.
The site asks for your pincode when you arrive so that you do not fill a basket and discover this at the end. If your pincode is outside our area you are welcome to call the shop — for some orders we can arrange something.
2. Delivery Charges
- Delivery is free everywhere we serve. There is no delivery fee at checkout, and no minimum beyond the one below.
- Minimum order: ₹200. Below that we are unable to send a delivery out.
3. When Your Order Arrives
- Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM go out the next working day.
- The shop is closed on Mondays. An order placed on a Monday, or late on Sunday, is delivered on Tuesday.
You will get a message when your order is packed and again when it is on its way. You can follow it at any time from Track Order, or from My Orders if you have an account.
4. Paying
- Cash on delivery — pay our delivery person at your door. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
- Pay at the counter — order online and settle it when you next come to the shop.
5. If Nobody Is Home
Our delivery person will call the number on the order. If we cannot reach you we bring the order back to the shop and try again the same day or the next working day. Nothing is left unattended at a door, because most of what we sell is food.
Ordering for somebody else is fine — use Order for someone else at checkout and give us their name and number, and we will call them instead.
6. Something Wrong With the Delivery
Please check your order while our delivery person is still there where you can. Anything damaged, missing or incorrect is covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
