Kaju is the deepest shelf we keep - 23 packs across the grades, from ₹212 up to ₹1380. The W number on a grade is a size, not a quality mark: W180 are the big whole nuts, W320 the everyday ones, and the broken pieces do exactly the same job in a barfi or a gravy for a good deal less.
Everything here is weighed and packed at the counter in Sarafa Bazar, so you can buy 100g of a grade you have not tried instead of committing to a kilo. What to check before you pay covers colour, snap and smell.
Ordering. Pick a weight, add it to the basket and pay cash on delivery or at the counter. Delivery inside Salumbar is free over ₹200 and orders placed before 5 PM go out the same day.
